ASL has three stationary asphalt plants, one in each city we work
in (Saskatoon, Regina, Lloydminster). We have two mobile plants
serving rural areas. ASL PAVING also owns and maintains a modern
pool of roughly 700 pieces of equipment, ranging from small plate
compactors to large loaders, pavers, and graders. We maintain
our equipment to ensure safety and reliability. We have repair
shops in Saskatoon, Regina, and Lloydminster.

first Saskatchewan contractors to develop a safety program. We
are considered an industry leader in safety. We operate a comprehensive
and well-documented safety program that is continuously monitored
to ensure the safety of our employees, suppliers, and the general
public affected by our activities.

responsibility. All of our fixed and mobile asphalt production
facilities are equipped with emission control systems to ensure
compliance with environmental regulations. Fuel and asphalt cements
are stored in environmentally compliant storage systems and all
asphalt and aggregate materials are transported in vehicles that
are safety inspected to industry regulated standards. ASL also
offers recycled asphalt products which reduce environmental impacts
while offering cost savings to clients.
