"My goal at ASL is to give customers
the best possible value for their money, and to make sure all
employees are happy and working safely."
As the General Manager of ASL PAVING's Regina
operations, Zenon oversees all aspects of project management and
office administration. This includes managing the shop, plant,
and about 70 employees during peak work times. Zenon also handles
sales, estimating tenders, and dealing directly with customers
from the start of a project to the end.
Zenon joined ASL PAVING in 1979, through ASL's
purchase of South Construction in Regina. He was working as an
estimator at that time. Over the years Zenon took on more responsibilities,
becoming more involved in project management and then taking on
the role of Operations Manager, a position he held until 1995
when he moved into marketing and sales. In 2000 Zenon returned
to the role of Operations Manager, and in 2004 he became General
Manager.
Zenon has a Gold Seal Certificate in Project
Management from the Canadian Construction Association.
